This Privacy Policy explains how MB Nodes ("we", "us") handles information when you visit our website, order hosting, use the game panel, or contact support. We keep data collection to the minimum required to deliver and secure your services.

By using our website or services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the services and contact us so we can remove your data.

• Account & order data: the Discord username, email address and order details you provide when opening a purchase ticket.
• Billing data: handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and an invoice reference — never full card numbers.
• Service data: server IPs, ports, resource usage, panel logins, console output and backups belonging to your service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Support data: ticket messages, chat assistant conversations and any files you attach for troubleshooting.

• Provisioning, running, upgrading and renewing your hosting services.
• Processing payments, issuing invoices and preventing fraudulent orders.
• Providing support, diagnosing faults and restoring backups on request.
• Protecting the network — DDoS mitigation, abuse detection and rate limiting.
• Sending service-critical notices such as maintenance, incidents and renewals.

Our on-site assistant answers questions using published website content — plans, prices, specifications, locations and FAQs. Your messages are sent to our server and forwarded to an AI provider only to generate the reply.

Conversations are kept in your browser session and are cleared when you close the tab or reset the chat. Please do not paste passwords, API keys or payment details into the chat.

• Contract: data needed to deliver the hosting you ordered.
• Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention and service improvement.
• Consent: optional analytics and marketing cookies, which you control on the cookie preferences page.
• Legal obligation: retaining invoices and responding to lawful requests.

We never sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with processors that help operate the service:

• Data centre and network partners hosting your server hardware.
• Payment providers processing your transactions.
• Discord, where ordering and support tickets take place.
• Our AI provider, which processes assistant messages to generate replies.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of MB Nodes, our customers or the public.

• Active service data is retained while your service is active.
• After cancellation or non-payment, server data and backups are held for a short grace period and then permanently deleted.
• Invoices and billing records are retained as long as required for accounting.
• Security and abuse logs are retained on a short rolling window.

Access to production systems is restricted to authorised staff, panels are served over HTTPS, and infrastructure sits behind DDoS-protected networking with 24/7 monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password for your panel and enable any available account protections.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, open a ticket in our Discord server or email hello@mbnodes.com. We will verify your identity before acting on the request.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in our Discord.
